Oxford/QFI Webinar: A Guide to Researching Arabic in Schools

This webinar, organized by University of Oxford's Department of Education and Qatar Foundation International (QFI) will provide an overview of the current landscape of Arabic research, discussing key gaps in the field, and priority areas for future research identified by stakeholders. Participants will gain insights into what constitutes high-quality empirical research, with a focus on essential considerations for studying Arabic, particularly in school settings. This session is ideal for graduate students, early career researchers, and established scholars currently working on or interested in researching Arabic as an Additional Language, as well as Arabic teachers interested in research or graduate study in this field.
